Responsibilities

  Assist in implementing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems using cloud-native monitoring services

  You may work with monitoring services such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Operations depending on the system.

  Configure Prometheus metrics and develop Grafana dashboards and alerts

  You should be ready to learn how metrics are scraped, stored, visualized, and converted into useful alerts.

  Support incident response by tuning alert thresholds and helping diagnose operational issues

  The work may include reviewing alerts, reducing noise, and helping teams understand performance or availability issues.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  The role needs a technical foundation for cloud, monitoring, and reliability work.
